Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Estimated delivery dates range from an additional time depending on the product. See chart below

Please note there can be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

We also offer free shipping for orders over $100.00).

We are not currently set up for International Shipping right now. We expect to have it in place after the first of the year-2024.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the allotted time frame after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@remindfulstudio.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
